I had a decent stay overall; the hotel is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from the train station, which made my travels easy. The rooms were clean and warm, although I was a bit let down by the absence of a bathtub that was promised. The staff, especially Shaline, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the dining options were quite limited, which was disappointing. For the price, I felt the value was reasonable but could have been better.
